    Cant wait to make this .. what is the Haitian hot sauce? Is that home made?

    • @dorannette26
      @dorannette26  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it’s our homemade hot sauce

  • @loveliejoseph6239
    @loveliejoseph6239 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hey Annette how are you? I noticed you used hot water to pour into the meat I hear about warm or hot water when making sauce as well is there a reason for that?

    • @dorannette26
      @dorannette26  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I use hot water so it can come to boil faster. When making the sauce, I use hot or warm water to keep the sauce temperature from dropping. Believe it or not adding cold water changes the sauce taste. (Lap gen yon gou frat) It will have a cold taste, even after it comes to a boil.

    What was inside the hot water?

    • @dorannette26
      @dorannette26  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If your referring to the end when I added the liquid. I used the same liquid it was boiling in to make the sauce.

    Question: it's not the 1st time you mention not using Maggie. Can you share your reason why?

    • @dorannette26
      @dorannette26  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I stop using Maggie because it has MSG! MSG is short for monosodium glutamate. Base on my research it is harmful for your body. It is linked to obesity, metabolic disorders, brain toxicity, and MSC. It is not only found in Maggie, other seasonings and food have it. I read my label before buying now!
