This is very similar to the Wyomissing PA store… Phase 5 exterior, Studio C, and all of the Must C TVs and other Phase 3 pieces including the wooden Chuck with the tiles.
Gosh, I was getting so excited to possibly visit this store after watching your vid, only to learn from y'all it's 2.0... Whatever CEC is trying to cook up as a compromise, it better be frickin' good. #saveourstages #savestudioc #savepineville
This is the Chuck E Cheese that I grew up going to. I had my 3rd birthday here in February 2006. I still remember seeing those Must C-TV artworks and all the posters in this video from wayback when. They still have the Jett Rider ride at (6:41). I remember the Chuck-E robot used to have a big curtain around it and the spot where the ticket blaster is used to have a big blue screen background. Also at (6:45) The entire middle area where you were walking is where the sky-tubes used to be. I used to play in those things all the time it was so fun. Also notice the window on at (7:14) on the side of the building that area is when the Toddler Zone used to be. Im so glad they still have the artwork of Chuck-E surfing at (2:36) :)
After a long day, love getting to cuddle up with the Wife and watch a new video from you Chris! This store's mix of art was beautiful. Hate knowing this was a recent visit but it's already been remodeled since so I'm glad you got to visit it beforehand. I agree with the art point, just why do they want to destroy it all? There are so many fans who would pay the company themselves to collect these pieces but they're just destroying their history. It's truly upsetting 😔 #savepineville3stage #savepineville #savehicksville
Wish you could’ve checked out the Springfield, OH store before the remodel! It had all the old postcards, the showroom music disc art, a bunch of early 90s signs and a good condition 3 stage. Used to work there as a teen, can’t believe it’s all gone now 🤧
You should hop over a plane and visit the CEC locations in Puerto Rico, most notably the Bayamon location. It is the one location where we got Pascuali, Munch, Helen, and Jasper still in their 90s costumes as walkaround characters with Chuck 2.0 (it can be requested with a fellow worker) . We have an interesting Studio C stage that’s a mix of the “Beta” and “Alpha”. The portraits around the building are the “Studio C Records” “CEC entertainment” and Character names (by the entrance) for a location that’s been open since 2003. Caguas is another location that’s pretty large and has both the playground and “toddler zone” areas.
Nice footage! I thought that exterior was photoshopped the first time that I saw it, but it looks pretty cool! Nice job, and great that you swooped right on in before the remodel. (Also, may you please check your email? Thank you!)
I have an interesting store you could also check out in ohio! The Chuck E. Cheese in mayfield is already the last studio c alpha in ohio but also is unique with a different exterior then most stores and has a mixture of phase 3 and 4 and random spots. Can you check it out?
I cannot thank you enough. I never would have appreciated something rare if you hadn’t made these videos. My first video from you was your visit to the world’s largest CEC. I became hooked on your videos and eventually became encouraged to find Animatronics near me. After you made your Darien and Tinley Park video a while back, I realized that there were stages near me. It seemed like the timing for that video was perfect too since my birthday was coming up. I treated myself and saw both stages. Those visits will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ve also visited the Gurnee and Crystal Lake locations, which contain a Studio C Beta and Alpha respectively. (Speaking of Gurnee! That location is amazing, it’s got the Ticket Blaster replacement test game and the old Ticket Blaster sign by the stage! Definitely recommend!) I am hoping to visit Springfield, IL and Milwaukee, WI in the future. Unfortunately, I live near the Naperville, IL so all we have to show is a CoL with no bot. Again, my gratitude for you cannot be expressed in words and please let me know when you visit the Crystal Lake, IL location. I know this is on a random video but I just recently made my Google Account. Thank you and to many more stage visits in the future!
If you want to see a bunch of art come to my house lol. All the remodels that I have been to to get art like tallahassee and albany the art was not destroyed some corners make get snapped from being tossed in but most arts is complete.
This is one of the most disheartening 2.0's yet. The art, booths, layout, and even the animatronic were top notch! Thanks for visiting Chris! And you make very good points about the art, which is part of the reason I don't even like Northridge 100%. I want to sav the art that made it through (I wish it was cheaper lol). #savetheartCEC #savealbermarle #savepineville #saveasheville #savedurham #savegastonia #savespringfield #savenaples
As an artist myself, I can relate to everything you've mentioned bout the cec art towards the end of video...a part of me believes that the kids of this 2.0 era of cec wouldn't be able to pick up the parody references in all those artworks. For them to do the remodel and destroy the art💯
I remember munch tropics Pasquale Italy jasper western Chuck-E-Cheese in Hollywood and helen in the city flint michigan Chuck-E-Cheese had them in the 90s
Anyone notice the Phase 2 Booths? ( 5:40 ), Did they get thrown out when they remodeled? The only other location that I know that still has the Phase 2 Booths is Lo Barnechea, Chile. But it's remodeling soon.
The stage is not working at the moment, no lights on, no movements from Chuck and the curtains are closed, I visited that location in April and it was true the robot, lights are turned off and the curtains are closed.
Fun facts: 1: The showroom seating I believe is phase 3 along with the booths! (90's era seating) 2: If you ducked and looked up a bit from the pickup window near the bathroom hallway entrance, you could see the Make Magic, without it were just another pizza place sign from the Late 80's or Very Early 90's! (sad it's gone now) 3: If you didn't see it when watching the video, the clapper had the title "Showbiz and Me!" on it. Overall, very sad and stupid that not only is Warren remodeling, but Boardman (one of the last 13 or so 1 stages), Altoona (one of last 3 stages that I also wanted to visit), and TALLAHASSEE (also one of the last 3 stages with full on phase 3 look including showroom walls) are remodeling at the near same time. CEC Entertainment Inc., spending all that money on 2.0 remodels instead of keeping the old style and all of the animatronics to please nostalgia lovers and the fandom is going to bite your popularity and business in the future as soon as the hype dies down... HARD AS HELL.
It's a shame that all of this beautiful art is gone now, along with the stage :(
Fun fact the meijer across the street was the final Super Kmart Center before it closed
Hey Chris! To let you know that I am going to the Chuck E Cheese In Bellevue Friday, so I will let you know any updates that happened on the stage:)
I just visited this store about 2 weeks ago, and sadly its now 2.0. But believe it or not, they have PHASE 2 booths!!!! No joke!
As a bit of a Kmart nerd, I have to say that the Meijer behind this store was actually the last ever Super Kmart Center.
Fascinating!

I've always wondered if Chris has ever been to a store that has costumed characters other than CEC.
That sounds amazing!

Hi it's pretty cool they have Studio C he is looking very sharp and good 👍 Always nice seeing old Chuck E pics on the wall 🙂
Hey Chris I might head to Grand Prairie tomorrow or Saturday
Warren Ohio is an interesting place, especially when it was the last place to have an open super kmart center!

Great video as always! I wish you could have went to my local; Grand Canyon Dr before the remodel because it was the last phase 3 store in nevada
You should check out the Chuck e cheese in the Turtle Creek mall in Hattiesburg MS! They have a mural of chuck e cheese in the mall.

IM MORE SUPRISED ABOUT THE PHASE 2 BOOTHS THAN THE ART
Go to Chuck E Cheese at Cascade Mall Burlington WA I think they use working curtains

They started 2.0 so unfortunately all of this artwork and stage is gone, you made in time before 2.0!
they removed the stage last week ago (around May 5th I think)
