As I mentioned in the video, I received this product prior to the launch and did not have access to all the product information. I did not know the price or have the price point in mind when filming this review. Personally, I don’t think I would get enough use out of this tool to justify a $300 price tag. It would be handy for someone who likes to touch up curtain bangs etc on the go, but I don’t see myself reaching for this everyday. Just wanted to add an update now that the price has been announced!
I ordered it this morning. I think I’m going to enjoy how small/light it is and without the cord. My hair is pretty straight with a slight wave. So I think I’ll be able to do my whole hair in 20 mins. But let’s see! I’m going to make a TH-cam video too.
@@nobs8828 if your hair is thick and long I’d still go corded. If your hair is fine or you need it for touch ups on the go or if you have a fringe or curls to just touch up, get the cordless.
All new phones (except budget models) have USB-C now, not just the newest iPhones. Anyway, good review but only 20 mins of battery life from 2 hours of charging? Ridiculous considering the price of this thing!

The information card that I received from the brand stated that 2 hours of charging provided 20 minutes of battery life. I used the device for less than 20 minutes here.

I am still struggling cuz of the price
My concern would be if this is too heavy or too bulky
Ghd is too bulky now their new models suck I bought platinum plus but it’s far too bulky and don’t get a close to the roots as their older models
USB-C is more common than suggested in the video. More and more android phones are starting to to use it including Samsung.
That’s good to know! I switched from Android a few years ago so I admit I don’t know what the latest Android models are using for charging cables.

It is lightweight. I think you could carry it around in your handbag without any problems.
The GHD Unplugged is only 300g whereas the Dyson Corrale weighs 560g.
Can you use the iron while it is charging?
I just tested this and it looks like no. I flipped the on switch and it did not light up like it does when it’s unplugged.
