That will be the day...all this talk of corruption is just eye wash, seldom you will see the big fishes getting a hefty fine or prison term.
One good example is Mr.DNAA & DSN.
I remember back in 2008 before the GE, BN seemed to have anticipated they might lose the election. As a result many of the training fees were settled even before the trainings took place. After the election when our company applied for HRDF approved trainings, we were informed there was no more fund left in HRDF. If I were not mistaken there were about 80-90% Bumi and 10-20% non Bumi trainers registered and approved by HRDF. The training company told us all the courses they applied earlier were approved, and they were paid even before they had done the training (even though they were a Chinese company). So the question was: how many fake trainers were paid without having to conduct the training? For the next two years many trainers "goyang kaki" as all they had to do was fill up some forms and submit to HRDF to complete the procedure. I wonder if there are other ways to cheat the rakyat of their money.

HRD Corp is robbing all employers. Imagine all employers in Malaysia pays you 1% of their payroll every year and they forfeit your money if you do not use it in 2 years. It's crazy free money for HRD Corp.
