    How to get mindfull
    1. Move distraction - your social media or other stuff
    2. Insted try to find some hobby on wich you totally focus, reading espacially.
    3. Find time to be alone with your thoughts, sit, stand, go for a walk. Try to chronologicly recall your whole day.
    4. Meditate - focus on something for longer period of time (10-20 min), (breath or a flame)
    5. Plan your actions and moves ahead, where you're going to go, what you're gonna cross.
    Quick summarry, excuse my spelling, might be not so good

    This is a great video! I'm trying to master mindfulness to overcome mental illness. It's going to be very hard for me as I have autism, anxiety and Disociative Identity Disorder but I'm determined!

      It's good that you are determined, that is what will pull you through in the end I'm glad this video has been able to help you and I hope that future videos will as well. I hope that you are able to overcome your challenges in life and push forward through will and determination. Feel free to let me know if there are any specific struggles that you are facing that you think what I talk about on this channel could help you overcome, and I'll see about making a video about that

    16:05 kinda do it automatically but it is dangerous you might end up hours to think. Atleast me I‘m even walking like some crazy thing in the living room. Just to think or imagine things

    Your channel is extremely interesting and helping me on the journey to master deductive reasoning. The reason I'm doing this is to reap the applicable benefits of this amazing skill. Thanks and keep it up!!

      +Sasuke Uchiha I'm glad to hear that my channel is of benefit to you; I'll certainly do my best to keep it up. As for the benefits, it is going to take a lot of time and hard work to sow the seeds, but you will most certainly have a good harvest in the end, should you put the work into it, that will allow you to see through the facades of people, determine their histories, passions, and much more. But it will take a lot of work and time, keep that in mind and you will do well in this field of study my friend.

    Can we get benefit from playing games like league of legends or is it bad

    • @TheArtofDeduction_Official
      @TheArtofDeduction_Official  8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I don't think there would be too many benefits, cognitively speaking for playing league of legends, I suppose if it is a strategy game that it could benefit your problem solving and planning abilities, but certainly playing any video game, or just being on an electronic device for too long isn't good for your brain. So while I doubt there will be noticeable benefits, I don't see any draw backs if done in moderation.

      As someone who has used Smite as a vessel to improve a host of different aspects of my own personal growth, I disagree with this statement. Attention and awareness is a major part of games like LoL or Smite, being aware of so many different things at once is one of the most challenging tasks you face in higher level game play.
      You may disagree, but that's the beauty of not being yellow pencils in a box - we are all different. My experiences have given me a different perspective on this, and in fact my search for improving in Smite was what lead me to this channel.

      @@jazzyj7834 yeah and that attention and awareness you're talking about is as he said if you play *too* *long,* I guess it will not be sharpened that much because it'll be more subconscious than conscious

    I deduce that there is something to your left that is distracting you, or more likely it is the script because you keep looking at it. Does this count as observation?
