I am in Salt Lake City. There are many resources throughout the country. But it is so common that people leave the hospital without help. We have a bunch of videos and a brain injury playlist on this channel. We also started a non-profit called brainstorm for brain injury. You can check it out on facebook and instagram. We started this because there are so many people who are not getting the help they need after brain injury.
It would be most helpful to get her into physical and occupational therapy. Also, on the Utah Neuro rehabilitation TH-cam channel there are a lot of videos on improving hand use and improving walking in cerebral palsy. You can find them on the cerebral palsy playlist.
