I don't think much... they usually come with the 3.0 diesel or the 4.0 v6... both will deliver more than enough power. The diesel has more low end torque which is good for slow crawls and has better millage. The gas is still great for crawling and excellent in sand and mud, plus it's near indestructible

Based on the sound I'd say it's the 3.0 diesel (sounds more like a growl and you can hear the turbo releasing pressure)
