Another good content! If I was going to pick for the 10 mil investment I would also pick 2 condos for the same reasons. But since I am in the build and sell I'm taking that money and buy three lots and find buyers. In one year with the right strategy I'm going to probably make about 8 mil in profits . Condos are a good investment and will be my longterm exit plan but not right. I don't want the majority of money stuck in properties that will not put out as much as build and sell. Anyways it would be interesting if you do a build and sell business man/women to be in your future video.

Ano po ba yung kailangan na meron ka? Anu ano yung mga kailangang iresearch sa online like "Google/TH-cam" para mapag aralan? Paano nila nakuha, napag aralan yung mga skill sets na meron sila ngayon (esp. kung may mga pinuntahan pa po silang specific na lugar para magkaroon ng experience) ? Thanks po

Any take about deferring or not collecting housing/condo rental this month(April) due to COVID? Since if a landlord is paying a mortgage, the banks deferred the payments naman for this month. How about those landlords that depend on the rental as their monthly income even if they are not paying mortgage anymore, how do they deal with tenants who cannot pay rent?
