    Meet Conrad, a rockstar turned chocolatier to a hotelier who has now found himself in the solar energy business. He started his career in the food and beverage industry. Eventually, he started a chocolate business, but due to low margins, he travelled to Switzerland to join the hospitality industry.
    He has tried his hand at every profession, all the way from a forex trader to a computer science engineer.
    We spoke about how someone is able to make so many career shifts within short intervals from one another, the realities of traveling abroad for work, and what brought him back to India to start a solar business.

    5) take risk in lifes
    6) avoid unnecessary expenses

    Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

    • @softy-bf5eg
      @softy-bf5eg 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Just ''buy the dip'' man. In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder

    • @Cammimullens
      @Cammimullens 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The truth is that this is really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. My friend just pulled in more than $84k last month alone from his investment with his advisor. That is how people are able to make such huge profits in the market

    What a man he is.. Thanks for this Episode Sharan. One advice for u Sharan would be, don't ask the questions which ur guests hesitate to answer, for example, u asked from which state his raw materials coming fom. These questions firstly make them uncomfortable to answer, secondly these won't add any value to viewers anyway. U can avoid such Qs.

    I really appreciate his hard work and the things he has gone through, he sacrificed a lot to get there, and I hope it was worth it. I wish I had known more about his family life and what he does in his spare time, I believe every entrepreneur struggles with work life balance and how he handles the hard times in his life is going to be a important life lesson from this amazing person. I hope you guys can get insights on the hard times and how they survived if they are willing to share because I belive that is the story much needed rather than the CR stories from an entrepreneur.
    P.S: I think it's k to have emotional break down in a interview.
