Arms, Bootie, and Core - Tower Workout #12 (Pilates Arc)

Let’s focus on our ABCs in this tower workout (Abs, Bootie, and Core). We will use the Pilates Arc which will make sure are abs are working as effectivity as they can. Don’t have the arc? You can do the entire workout without it. This class will use the short yellow, long yellow, and long purple springs and also includes a fun series with using arm and leg straps at the same time.

Thanks so much for this workout. Love all the springs and arc work and the yoga stretches at the end!! Would love to see more variations of this workout using roll down bar and push through bar, etc. such fun stuff!

A small folded towel or tightly rolled thin yoga mat in the seat of the arc works too if extension is too intense. I put a yoga mat on the mat under the arc so it doesn’t slip and it saves on wear and tear on the vinyl! Love the arc and this workout!
