Hi. My Question is, what should a player do if he/she has completed all routes and is left with 3 or 4 trains in hand? Also during a game if a player has no train cards in hand then should she pick 4 new cards from The deck after completing her turn or on her next turn?
If a player has completed all routes, they could try to place remaining trains to block other players’ routes. Players only have the option to draw two train cards at the beginning of a turn.
For your final turn, if you only have 3 trains left, can you acquire a track that is 4 or greater cars long? Or can you only acquire a track that you can physically put a car on?

When the game first starts you look at your destination cards and who ever has the highest numbered destination card is the most experienced
