Last night before I slept I was doing my 5 min meditation and towards the end of the meditation the song by Anita Baker - Body and Soul began playing in my head. Didn't pay much attention but too note of the lyrics. Now I'm here studying this and it makes sense. It's adding up.
I’m not familiar with these concepts, so please forgive my ignorance. From my limited perspective, it appears that we transition into a ‘Watcher’.???? No longer interfering just guiding???
It can be complex, but really it's easy. "We" don't exist. There's only soul and matter. When matter is in the proximity of soul, it begins to animate and reflect soul. So we have layers of consciousness.... Think of the chakras. The higher up, the more it resembles soul. Ultimately, all this reflection is illusion. Only soul is alive, matter is not.
