(This is mostly what i have personally seen from each character and what they are capable of. Keep in mind this is not s6 as i have not seen every character completely built with all constellations. so this is not at there peek performance. which i should have stated in the video, that is completely on me and i apologize.)
(also if you just skip to the end to see the tier list instead of hearing what i actually said about them, i understand why 40% of the rankings wouldnt make sense. I explained why every character is where they are at.)
Its also good to mention A tier has low high and mid section. aalto lingyang and chixia are low A ( which can also be put in B as i stated in the video). Jianxin and taoqi is mid A and Yuanwu, mortefi, and sanhua are high A (can be put in S if you really believe they are more worth than the dmg dealers.) The reason there are no characters in F D C is because i do not believe any characters in wuwa are that bad.
One last thing, taoqi and baizhi can be swapped if you think baizhi is better by far.

Healer dont seem very useful in this game , since bosses one shot so much . Im only a week into the game so maybe i just need better gear
Dont blindly follow tier lists that people put out for content and clickbait cause tier lists is basically the same as food reviews, its based on personal preferences
Completely true, i made the video based on what ive seen myself from other uses of each character. At the start should have said purely based on opinion instead of meta. But i dont think my takes alone were too outlandish from what most meta tier lists placements are.

The only thing i dont like about jiyan is how likely he is to be powercrept. Hes still pretty greedy with field time and he doesnt buff the team. If they happen to release a dps that also buffs the team ( cough) or a dps that takes up less field time (cough cough) than he will no longer be the best dps
true, i do think he will be top tier till for atleast 3-5 more patches.

If Jiyan is powercrept to the point you have to replace him, then probably other current DPS also pretty much becomes unusable, especially the standards and 4 stars. At that point, even Yinlin's DPS contribution will also be greatly diminished, and given how she needs some field time to set up, and when teamed with a main DPS way stronger than Jiyan who gets their on-field time stolen by yinlin, her field time will likely just result in a DPS loss. So, my guess is she only has her outro remaining for her to cling onto her spot.
Just me personal opinion but I think this game's DPS lasts way longer than other games like genshin/HSR. And the supports lasts way lesser.
In Genshin/HSR, you need a final of 2 teams of 4, and for most cases it will be a total of 2 DPS, 2 sustain, 4 supports.
But in WW, you need 3 teams of 3, and for most cases it will be 3 DPS, 3 sustain, 3 supports/sub-DPS. To powercreep a DPS out of position will require 3 whole generations of DPS powercreep, because you still have 2 other team that needs a DPS even when the first 2 actual powercreep comes. AND if that is true, newer DPS will also eventually get powercrept. So do you never ever pull for another DPS? No. The 3 DPS slots still has to be filled to be effective (typically).
Just as DPS gets powercrept, who is to say the supports wont? In the end you also need 3 sustains and 3 support/sub-DPS. But the 1.0 and 1.1 banners being all DPS sure is concerning. How fast DPS actually gets powercrept still depends on how kuro balances the release of different roles, as well as how broken/balanced new units will be compared to previous banner.
One of the things I appreciate about genshin is how underwhelming some new characters are. Not every new character is a powercreep. Some are just plain duds.
Actually, does Jiyan even get powercrept in 1.1? I theorized Jinhsi having many flaws such as not being able to do multi wave content that well, not being able to do front loaded strong bursts of damage in the overworld (have to basic attack because skill is enhanced only after basics, which may feel not that great gameplay-wise), and her dragon blast takes at least 8 seconds to fully complete after gaining incarnation state. There is also another problem that affects a smaller percentage of playerbase who likes to showcase "solo runs", where she almost cannot regenerate her own forte at all and even lose some of her passives/abilities.
Jiyan and Changli on the other hand seems to work pretty decent in most content.
@@PinutsGames oh my i hope they fix that jhinsi problem not being able to generate her own forte so easily is huge for a limited character. but thanks for your opinion, I forgot unlike in genshin theres a lot more factors that go into combat not just field time and support capability . Jiyan also has other utilites like his cc with his dragon so i have to give him credit there. also there isnt really a yinlin or changling for the aero element either so we have to take that into account.

It's possible he gets a limited sub DPS for just him though. Maybe not, though. Even with his S5 he only gives 20% heavy attack to the whole team which doesn't mesh well with much anyone right now. He has potential to still get better, is my point. Remember how much better Seele got when Sparkle released?
