Tom Jones was one of my father's favourite artists. My father passed away one year and a half ago. He used to sing along Tom's songs every time he felt bored or simply in the mood for singing and feeling good. Imagine me being a little girl and hearing my daddy singing "Delilah", trying to imatate him and having no idea of the meaning of the lyrics. 😁And it really happened a long time ago, over thirty years ago. That was the moment when I first heard Tom, through my dad's voice. 😊

I was still around 14 when I first heard Tom Jones singing in the radio the My Elusive Dream and I was mesmerized I became an instant fan of Tom Jones. I am now 66 and omg he is still unbelievably wonderful, such wonderful voice and his wonderful songs still mesmerize me.

No one can sing green green grass of home like Tom! My stepfather, who was in prison off and on most of his life, swore he wrote this song while in prison. Tom Jones was one of my father's favourite artists. My father passed away one year and a half ago. He used to sing along Tom's songs every time he felt bored or simply in the mood for singing and feeling good. Imagine me being a little girl and hearing my daddy singing "Delilah", trying to imatate him and having no idea of the meaning of the lyrics. 😁And it really happened a long time ago, over thirty years ago. That was the moment when I first heard Tom, through my dad's voice. 😊

My stepfather, who was in prison off and on most of his life, swore he wrote this song while in prison. He did play a guitar, sing and wrote songs, but I don’t for sure if he did write the song. Some say they know who did, but when googled it says Unknown Author. My stepdad said it was stolen from him and this was back to in the 60’s. I didn’t like my stepdad, but I will always wonder if he really did,
