It has come to my notice that some of my fans thinks I was the person who died. Late jones was The one who conceived the twist on Romeo and Juliet with composer John Donald Robb.
He died 11th August, of cancer in his home in Sharon.
I’m still alive and healthy.

I’m really impressed by these professional musicians. They could find a singer’s key and play along spontaneously. Maybe, it was rehearsed and not spontaneous. Coming from a non-musician, it’s impressive, but if they couldn’t do that, they probably would be out of job.
No male singer has ever matched Sir Tom Jones vocally, his power, range, tone and emotion was second to none. And even now in his 80’s he STILL has an amazing voice, that’s special!

Just left a Tom Jones concert at The Hard Rock Hollywood Fl 82 yrs young he tore the house down. Sang for 2 hours. His powerful voice sounds even better then yrs ago. I’d see him over and over. What a man. Sir Tom Jones you are the MAN.

One of my favorite things about the Voice is how sometimes the coaches dissolve into pure fans of each other. And never has that been more apparent than when Jennifer seems to melt over Sir Tom every time. And Olly! He's such fun when he gets excited about the other coaches performing :D

This man's career has spanned the lifetimes of three generations of my family... My grandparents, my parents and myself. We all enjoyed his music immensely. Now that my grandparents are gone Tom's music makes me nostalgic as I recall the many, many times our family sat around enjoying his music on the radio together. Such great memories. Tom Jones is one of the greats for sure ❤.
This is why I enjoy The Voice UK the most - the spontaneous singing of the coaches, especially Sir Tom Jones. But I have to give credit to the amazing band that’s able to jump right in for whatever song. True musicians!

I think The Voice UK is much better than the Voice in the USA. I live in the US so I can say so, it has gotten worse each year. Presently it is all country and unwatchable if you don't like hillbilly music. Most of our country is not a hillbilly nation.

Nope, I disagree while he still has an amazing voice in his 80’s but in his prime Sir Tom was outstanding. Just watch him on TH-cam perform ‘I’ll never fall in love again’ from 1967 live in the studio when he was 26 years old, it’s still an iconic performance to this day, his power, range, tone & emotion was second to none!

Everytime I watch good ol' boy Tom Jones on The Voice UK...he tears me up anymore. He is simply such a treasure and I am so glad he is so embraced by the other young talent, it is heartwarming and gives you hope for the next generations. He will be truly missed as not only a talent but as a human being. Love and new respect for Tom. I was privileged to see him when he came to Australia and did a tour with Australia's John Farnham. NEVER have I EVER heard such a strong voice. He just about blew the roof off the concert hall. Could listen to him forever and never get sick of hearing him.

I have been listening to Tom Jones in my parents' home and radio/TV for 60 1/2 years. He is such a legend. We grew up with his albums on the old stereo console. I am absolutely amazed that after all these years his voice is as strong and perfect as it was when I was pre-K. He is an absolute legend and such a fantastic singer. He could easily do a Las Vegas residency, he is the voice of a worldwide multi-generational lifetime. Magnificent!
