In a day there's just a lot of information being fed to an average person that they can't actually remember. That's why simple logos like Nike and Apple do so well and everyone from Pringles to samsung is trying to simplify their logo

I'm with him. Tokyo 1964 is amazing, especially the one with the shadowed red sun. I know it's very simple but that's why it's so good. The red, gold and white with the typography is classic and timeless. My 2nd goes to Beijing 2008 and 3rd probably goes to Tokyo 2020.
