Best money I’ve ever spent by going private with Louise Newson clinic god knows where i would be without my hormones I’m thinking 6ft under because it has been a absolute nightmare for me since I was 33years old but now at 49 I’m much happier now and mentally stable ❤😊

BEST thing I ever did starting Bio identical hormones… new study just been made public (April 2024) by the Journal of the North American Menopause Society with fantastic results…. Opposite to WHI study from years ago!

While I agee Dr Louise is our saviour , why woman need to seek for help privately? Why menopause specialist arent available on nhs ? Yes there are woman health specialist in my surgery but they dont have a clue about menopause and HRT so if I would like to get advise regarding this I would have to find someone privately, so unfair

You can be referred to a menopause clinic by your GP.

@@dd-fy2mh It’s so unfair that women struggle to get help. I’ve been pretty fortunate but only bc I was under a specialist for a hysterectomy. I’ve managed to get testosterone prescribed basically on the say so of my gynaecologist. That said, most of my knowledge came from people online like Dr Newson and Davina McCall, otherwise I wouldn’t have had a clue.

That's what I mean its about time things will change, there is so many woman with menopausal symptoms and what they do first ? Go to GP and so many of GPs don't point menopause at all ! Then we have to educated ourself and some woman have to wait ages to see someone who actually have a clue about menopause or seek help privately
