Love that you guys are still going strong. Respectfully, you didnt show us how to replace piston rings. Only how to remove. Im curious how to be sure you have the right gap, etc
I have two cracked pistons. Can I just replace all the pistons? I have a low mile car as well. I understand if the cylinder walls are bad, I’ll need to address that, but if not, I want to just replace the pistons (rebuild kit) and put it back together. Crossing my fingers no block work is needed. Your thoughts.
Hello! Looking for some help, I have 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco 1.6 L engine, 70K miles, with , My mechanic replaced the oil to 10W40, since the oil is getting thin often. Does this sounds like a issue with Piston rings ? or a the plugs OR the turbo ? fyi - recently, I replaced my PCV valve, with help of your videos :) Should I look deeper into the piston rings or is it something I can live with putting the oil.. ? Thank you, Sincerely, Prasad
Thank you for all you guys do! I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE and I believe I have the older 2-bolt type. Do you happen to have a video showing how to replace those piston rings? Thank you.
Hey boss hope you good, I have 320i 2007😅 I think piston ring its gone, gets blue smoke when pulling away😁 do you think its worth it changing piston ring on this old cars, I love my car but I think it will cost me ££££££, pls advise
I actually already know how to rebuild engines and replace piston rings. I also understood him through his accent. He basically took 20 minutes to tell you that he lied and isn't going to tell you. When you put on the rings you have the openings on opposing sides. The end. That's what he should of told you.
this video should not give anyone the confidence to start tearing into their motor. understanding of how to get there was okay but not educational at all, if you’re reading continue doing research.

Really? How hard is to remove pistons from a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?
If I replace piston rings, should I replace the rod bearings / rod bolts? Can I reuse them if they're in good shape?
Great topic!
How can we get our car fixed by you?
Don’t need to remove engine at all
I have replaced the valve seals , camshaft and hydraulic tappets but the problem of burning oil smoke still there I guess its time for piston rings
Terrible.
Same bruh gotta tear my engine apart again 😭

After valve job and still can't fix it.

Overcome the pain
