Center of lens is not in limits. Try regulating lens. other thing can be that the last glass is dirty, need to change < experience with HSG industrial lasers over 4 years
keep lenses, clean this is crucial, keep laser beam in center with transparent tape, have a very clean oxygen, good pressure regulator and than you can proceed tinkering with the parameters
I work on a gweike 12kw. Guys there is so much smoke coming out of the fully closed machine that you couldn't believe. Especially when cutting with oxygen. Also table change is very slow around 45sec. As far the parameters concerned, there aren't any. Be prepared to buy at least 20 protective lenses because that son of a bitch gets dirty really easily
Hi Ramsey, I'm so thankful to have found your channel and now find out you sell training for these chinese lasers. I'm about to order my first chinese fiber laser, 6kw enclosed, at this point I'm just zeroing in on two resellers, I would like to be able to buy from you, but I'm not in the USA they both offer this optional software Cypnest instead of Cypcut for $1,480.00 USD. From what I've found, everyone says it's better to get this Cypnest option if you can. But I haven't found out if there is a better option to both of them. Do you have any experience with Cypnest? Do you recommend it or something else? and, Will your Cypcut training package help me setup my machine if I end up getting this Cypnest software?
@@joelamoos5684 yes, it took long, but I should have it in my shop November 7. For all I was able to find online, it did look like a good choice to order cypnest with my machine, have you found cypnest better than cypcut?
@@gustavoanuch890 i ended up getting it, I’ve had it up and running for a couple weeks now, I guess I was more apprehensive about this than needed. Setup was easy. Sometimes I get stuck tuning some materials, but otherwise once I get to where my machine’s parameters work… it’s a dream come true.
you have to buy the videos for it man, I have tons of videos showing all kinds of things for free, but if you want to learn how to master your laser, you have to buy the course.
Biggest adjustment is gas pressure, then speed, and power. 02 cutting is lower pressure, and .1 bar can make quite the difference. .5 to 1.2 bar is depending on nozzle and cutting head. Carbon steel cutting shouldn't use more than 6k, Unlike nitrogen cutting where the more power you have the faster it can cut.
You didn't say what changes you made to the parameters. Please explain this

Tuning makes a difference!
Looks like too much power or running too slow.
Assuming you have a good lens
Easy to solve, use less gas and speed. Will help allot... And maybe play little bit with the focus.. 399usd Pfff hard for some settings
How did you learn parameter setting?
Sir. Can I increase the cut focus value or decrease the cut focus value to remove the notches
Or just more power
Still pretty impressive for that thick of material. Nice work Gary. Wishing you the best in the New Year.

Having this problem now. 3/8” carbon steel. Running oxygen. Man I’ve messed with all the settings. Also using cypcut
yea, most guys do struggle with that, but its easy to make them cut like butter if you know the process.

I am buying a gweike also, hows the experience?
