Goals:
• Prevent injuries in areas where the percentage is higher in football.
• In prevention work; Strength (general, isometric and eccentric) flexibility, mobility and proprioception.
• Perform exercises that bring as benefits the improvements of the motor skills: agility, coordination and balance.
• Work on different levels and take advantage of functional training because it integrates a lot of muscles in each of your exercises.
