College Park is on my list to-do at some point. I don't really cover Lithia Springs so probably won't be doing a video of that.
Great video! Can you do a video tour of the lenox park neighborhood soon? A female friend of mine that i know from my our hometown in South Carolina tell me that lenox park is a neighborhood with real nice homes and other things. She also said that some people say lenox park is in brookhaven, and some people say it's in Atlanta. So I would love to see you do a video tour of lenox park whenever you have time!

My wife and I bought a condo nearby on Huff Road. We love the area! So convenient to just walk to West Midtown and the West Beltline. We’re excited about getting a nice e-bike and riding along the beltline and Westside park

Great video and thanks for sharing the neighborhood! Just wanted to say that there are rental restrictions. Any lease term has to be longer than 12 months. Good luck with the sale!
Hey, thanks for watching. Yes, there are restrictions on the length of term, I didn't mention that. But most people are always asking if they can rent out their units right away, which they can BUT it has to be a 1 year term. Thanks for bringing it up (in case someone reads this thread!)
