This issue was solved years ago in one of the worst areas of Philadelphia. It was approx 2008 when I read an article about it, I believe it was in Philadelpiha magazine or some similar magazine about the city. The article focused on a Korean man and his family that was running a corner store. His store, as well as other stores in the area, after entering the door you would basically be in a foyer waiting area. The counter was entirely secured with bullet proof glass. The open sections for passing money through were setup the way banks & check cashing places do it, where there's a section of bullet proof glass behind the main glass & you slide your payment to the side, or in a bin under the glass. People received what they purchased through a secure pass through mechanism. The author of the article was in the foyer asking questions about how secure the glass was when another guy in the foyer started running and jumping into the glass, bashing it many times, then told the reporter that yeah, it's secure. That's how that Korean family business survived, living their American Dream in the worst area of Philadelphia, without going out of business due to theft. Basically, that store was a giant secured human operated vending machine. That might be what these gas station convenience stores need to do.

Consider what Charles Darwin said and then one can comprehend why black societies in modern cities have also failed. "Since the dawn of history the negro has owned the continent of Africa rich beyond the dream of poet's fancy. Crunching acres of diamonds beneath his bare black feet. Yet he never picked one up from the dust until a white man showed to him its glittering light. His land swarmed with powerful and docile animals, yet he never dreamed a harness, cart, or sled. A hunter by necessity, he never made an axe, spear, or arrowhead worth preserving beyond the moment of its use. He lived as an ox, content to graze for an hour. In a land of stone and timber he never sawed a foot of lumber, carved a block, or built a house save of broken sticks and mud. With league on league of ocean strand and miles in inland seas, for four thousand years he watched their surface ripple under the wind, heard the thunder of the surf on his beach, the howl of the storm over his head, gazed on the dim blue horizon calling him to worlds that lie beyond, and yet he never dreamed a sail." --- Charles Darwin

I'm a native New Yorker, can't stand this place! I've had just about everything stolen from me and my family over my 49 years, groceries, my first car, 2 home invasions, 300lb flower pot from the front stoop, bicycles, Christmas decorations 🎄 , my childhood, before we moved from east NY to Queens, my neighbor was raped in our elevator, my father disarmed muggers in front of the school he worked at for 30 years! This place sucks! Witnessed shootings, stabbings etc, it's so out of control! I would move, but my family is here and I can't afford to move my entire family, so I'm stuck here, I live on the border of queens and long Island now, it's a little better, but still the Hood! And it's gotten so expensive, especially since my mom and dad have passed in the last 4-5 years , so we're basically forced to move to Suffolk County, hopefully it's a bit better? Definitely can't get worse? Laws suck here, basically illegal to defend yourself, but I will if it comes to me or my family getting hurt or worse? Cause 1 thing I've learned living here, you never know what is coming next? Gotta go now, gotta patrol my house, watching my motorcycle and truck all day and night! TG we have a driveway, not that it will stop these POS's! Great video, you speak the truth brother, TY
@bethcramer1232 I agree 👍 but unfortunately it will take a lot more than voting, especially here, to strengthen out this insane place, you'd have to live here to completely understand just how bad it is, Heinous crimes happen here all the time. I had gotten to move to north western PA for a few years some years ago, and for some weird coincidence, we received the local NYC TV station, channel 11 and I was watching the nightly news, my friend who's a local from that (Warren PA) small 5000 person town, he turns to me and says "Is this real?" Because of the horrible nature of the stories/news cast. It was just unbelievable to him, I until we moved, had no idea or would even believe that people in our great country would go to sleep with their door unlocked? But, they do, and that's because they are allowed to defend themselves against intruders, not here in NY, defend your family against harm here, and you get in trouble, WTF? But that is what will 100 % happen, I don't agree with it, but that's 1 of the realities of living in NYC/ Long Island.
And ppl think its a conspiracy theory that this is by design. You'd think after the first arrest and imprisonment of a business owner who defended themselves would be a sign of this fact.

As a European from the non-Western part of the continent, it is extremely puzzling how you can allow your country to get into such a state. I realize that we have a completely different mentality and I will probably never understand it. And I just remember how 30 years ago, one of my nation's greatest dreams was to pack our bags and go to the USA. Today, practically no one thinks about it anymore. Don't take this the wrong way - in the eyes of many Europeans (with whom I talked about it), especially those 'post-communist EU countries', the USA is currently not a magical El Dorado, but rather a Soviet giant. A giant that tries to look like a great place to live, but in reality it is worse than almost any place in Europe (except maybe Belarus and France).

His land swarmed with powerful and docile animals,
yet he never dreamed a harness, cart, or sled.
A hunter by necessity, he never made an axe, spear, or
arrowhead worth preserving beyond the moment of its use.
He lived as an ox, content to graze for an hour.
In a land of stone and timber he never sawed a foot of lumber, carved a block, or built a house save of broken sticks and mud.
With league on league of ocean strand and miles in inland seas,
for four thousand years he watched their surface ripple under the wind,
heard the thunder of the surf on his beach,
the howl of the storm over his head,
gazed on the dim blue horizon calling him to worlds that lie beyond,
and yet he never dreamed a sail."

Because of the horrible nature of the stories/news cast. It was just unbelievable to him, I until we moved, had no idea or would even believe that people in our great country would go to sleep with their door unlocked? But, they do, and that's because they are allowed to defend themselves against intruders, not here in NY, defend your family against harm here, and you get in trouble, WTF?
