If its a wood screw thats stripped, stick some glue on a toothpick and bust it off in the hole. You may need a couple. Then run the screw back in. Good as or even better then new.

Honestly how is it still holding?
I have one of those 3 tier stands you get from Hobby lobby or Michael’s.
The bottom tier has always been wobbly. Took it a part to fix it and the screw ring pin inside the wooden dowel just comes out. The hole in the dowel was originally drilled slightly to big. Tried super glue that didn’t work.
Tried a 2 part epoxy that didn’t work.
Not sure if this Tank tape would work.
The screw ring (not sure that is the proper name) in the dowel is supposed to screw onto the screw sticking out of the base.
I have a baby shower I am hosting at my home. Wanted to use it to display cupcakes.
