5 Exercises Get eyes look younger, Get asian eyes naturally,
Reverse aging eyes and fix sunken eyes.
Eyes make your face look younger, look brighter and boost your self-confidence.
The distance between the eyes and the eyebrows should be balanced.
If your distance and eyebrows seem too far apart until the edges of the bones in the eye socket were clearly visible.
Will make the eyes look tired and look premature.
Emotions often raise eyebrows. Can make the distance of the eyes and eyebrows look farther apart.
Today we have a way to adjust the distance of the eyebrows and eyes to be closer to each other.
It is more balanced and makes the eyes look brighter and look younger.
Let's get started.
Step 1
Squeeze the brow area to loosen the brow muscles for 20 seconds.
Use both fingers to massage the forehead. To loosen the forehead muscles 20 seconds
Step 2
The middle finger is placed on the corner of the eye and the index finger is placed on the corner of the eye.
Do both sides and massage gently for 20 seconds.
Step 3
Place your finger diagonally, press it to the brow head and massage it up and down for 20 seconds,
Doing the other side as well.
Step 4
Place your hands on the forehead over the eyebrows and pull them up slightly, moving the eyebrows down 20-30 times.
Step 5
Place your hands on your forehead over your eyebrows and pull them down slightly.
Close your eyes and open your eyes Look up, do 20-30 times.
Finished, keep doing it 1-2 times a day.
To adjust the distance between the eyes and eyebrows to be closer to each other, the eyes look brighter and younger.

I had monolids before, but then one day after I woke up I noticed that my right eye developed an extra lid which made it look aloot different from my other eye (almost like doublelid)... So i really wanted to fix it... Tysm I'll definitely try your exercise...

My eyes are very asymmetrical so one of my eyes are double eyelid while the other one isn’t so I literally did this exercise only once and it worked!

Hi there, I’m 13, can I do this just to make my eyes look less sleepy? I don’t have the best sleep schedule and I’m afraid my eyes look tired. But I’m also afraid it might mess up my face down the line as I grow older cause my body is developing. What do I do?

14 year old here, no. If you want your eyes to look less sleepy look up tutorials for under eye bag removal and since your eyelid crease is probably low (if you have one) finding ways to raise it would make you look more lively. It also depends on your eye shape. If you have downturned/hooded eyes youll probably still look a little tired even post glow up.

I was searching for an exercise to achieve monolids, and I really hope this works, or at least will lower my high eyelid creases. I always look like I'm tired and expressionless. I'm not sure how well it will work, but it feels really nice to do, so I can easily commit to this. I may not get a total monolid, but I want to have eyes that are small and pretty like Mika Nakashima.

I am of Japanese descent, I have a bit of Japanese appearance, but as I don't have slanted eyes, everyone says I'm not of descent... no one believed me...Everyone said I was a liar, I ended up not getting Asian eyes... but I have a little Asian appearance, but for my country, being of Asian descent is just having slanted eyes, Thank you very much for this tutorial...maybe now people will believe me...I have several descendants...but...I hope now people will believe me when I say I am of Japanese descent...It's a bit complicated when you have 5 descendants...

I’m half Taiwanese and half White and I used to have double eyelids. Eyes formed into triple eyelid over the years. Triple eyelids putting pressure on my eye-hurts a bit…. I will update!!!
Day 1 January 6th: Did it twice that day, a little less wrinkles. I am also changing sleep position to straight, refraining from putting too much pressure on my eyes.
Day 2 January 7th: Did it twice again. Left eye is looking smaller than my right one, and it has much less wrinkles left eye than my right eye. For some reason, it is changing my left eye a lot more??
Day 3 January 8th: Did it three times today. Left eye looks a little rounder and the crease is a tiny bit sloped at the end. I believe these exercises aren’t enough. I am also changing sleep schedule, not drinking caffeine, and not excessively rubbing eye-I am also putting phone brightness on low, etc. I am also not over sleeping and not sleeping too little.

I did the exercises twice a day for 16 years and I really saw results! My droopy eye now looks more hooded, I was afraid it would look more droopy, but the skin is inlaying and hiding much better! the only problem is that to "clearly see" the results, I tested it on just one eye, and now they look strangely different lol, I will continue doing it to correct the untrained eye and reinforce the other, but I am happy with the results (Sorry for my bad english)

I still don’t have an epifold but my eyelid looks a little smaller when I smile. I’m going to start doing this routine twice a day to hopefully see a faster result!
Day 14 [Week update]
The results aren’t really showing so I’m updating a week and not a day. I’ve added some more harsher exercises in hope for results. I’ve shaved, plucked and trimmed my eyebrows and it made my eyes look a lot cuter. Still no epifold.
Day 21 [week update]
It’s been a while since I started doing and I have added some exercises to see a result hopefully. People used to confuse me for Indian 🇮🇳 but recently people confuse me for Indonesian 🇮🇩.

Day 28 [week 4]
OGM GUYSS THE FIRST CHANGES ARE BECOMING VISIBLE. I honestly kinda felt like this isn’t gonna work anymore after doing this so long but I noticed that my eyefold is getting a different crease and with help of my fingers I can give myself a monolid. It goes away after blinking a bit tho. Still no epifold but the monolid gives an illusion of an epifold from afar.
This comment helped me s lot to do this........I was tired doing this and thought this isn't gonna work but after seeing your comment I have gained trust that it might gonna work.....it's my first week....I'm doing twice a day......please give further information too....
