Live podcast definitely not necessary. Especially if it's easier for you and creates the possibility of more frequent episodes!

We put a small binder clip on the drawers that have space in them.

Interesting about the figures cracking after being put away! I have been thinking about that myself. I check figures very carefully but still when I pick orders there are sometimes cracks. Now, some figures I might have swapped an arm on and it looked fine when putting it away but later when picking it's cracked. This makes sense (the stress on the parts when adding a new arm might make it crack after a while). But with the first scenario I'm not sure what's going on. I sometimes wonder if it's the way my light is setup at my drawers that makes me see the crack vs the light at my cataloging desk. Or maybe some figures just have a certain point in time when they are bound to crack and that happens sometime after they are put away :D Some more insight on this would be good!

I have heard certain figures do Crack from stress of legs. For that reason, some don't keep their figures together unless on display

I wonder if you could get coloured bins to sort into. So A is white, B is red, C is blue, etc. The person picking would have an unconscious visual of which order the part is for.

I wish I knew about your channel before I placed my order! It is cool to see the process you go through. You probably don’t remember but I got a few plants parts an asajj ventress figure and a clone pilot and thanks so much for the service! I spent around $40

Live is not need, I would like to keep up on when you stop consolidating. There is so much potential.

Hello! Interesting video, but why do you have for example D at the start of the numbers? For example D585, what does it stand for? Like, what does the D and the numbers mean

The "D" stands for drawer and has no relation to a piece ID, it is just for inventory management.

I am just starting up my Bricklink store and awaiting their approval. Do you have any advice for me as a beginner?

I found adding a huge letter to my order tubs and only picking a maximum of 10 at a time seems to have pretty much sorted the part going in the wrong order. Also orders over 100 lots are picked individually.

Adding my comments as I watch, I get a lot of minifigs (A LOT) from bulk, I don't really see much of a difference on the ones that come assembled or disabled with regard to any cracking on the sides for back. I think the cracking come from two sources, (1) poor line-up when assembled and assembled and separated too often. (2) weak color resign / blend from the factory. Some colors seems to get crack more often that others. But the older torso (classic space for example) are 30 years old and sometime hold up better than the new one. I think Lego has made changes over time to the internal shape of the mold.

I like the tray you use for the grip seal bags, where can they be purchased from?

He had mentioned it in a previous video.
He picked it up at The Container Store.
