After that they put Him in a tomb for 3 days, and on the 3rd day Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people. Then Christ ascended back to heaven. We all must genuinely believe in Christ and receive Him into our life as our Savior to be saved (Please see John 1:12 for this). Will you put genuine faith in Christ and receive Him into your life today?
Do you understand that it relates to emergency funds, as in disaster aid, etc. 23 other states have this same transfer authority for their Governor. Do you want to wait for FEMA aid in time of need while the good ole boys in State Assembly ho and hem over where to spend it? Really? And yes, I suppose you’re right that only 49.5% voted for Evers in 2018 vs 48% for the other guy. In 2022 truly over half the votes 51% kept him in office. Changing things would also mean it’s damn near permanent no matter who or what party is the Governor. It’s Voss on a power trip again and proud the rest of the state saw through it. By having referendum questions on a primary election ballot for the first time ever knowing typically low voter turnout and no laws that dictate the questions be written in common, everyday English they must have thought plan foolproof.

Government is real, god isn't.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Interesting it seems like WI wants less oversight on federal spending for some reason while having the Legislator do less work by delegating its job to others. Weird people in WI.
Its because half our population are alcoholics who get all their news from the loudest guy in the pub. Call it whatever you want, every state has its weirdos.
These ballot measures were proposed by the heavily gerrymandered, Republican-controlled legislature to strip power from the Democratic governor
Weird (corrupt). Retribution is coming. You can bank on it.
Because this states liberal socilist government is just as corrupted as Washington

Wis. still has plenty covid money never used.
Wait until the levers of powers switch
The question is worded in a way that probably confuses people. Why wouldn't people want the legislature to have more oversight on how tax dollars are spent?
Because the legislature is hyper partisan and would slow things down. That's why I voted no
@@Kiernangaming ... you voted against democratic oversight because you disagreed with the end result. Congrats?
@Pan_Z it's not democratic oversight if the legislature disagrees with everything the governor does, it's trying to take away a power of the governor and let the legislature have a say. And our legislature was elected under gerrymandered maps so they don't deserve more power.
@@Pan_Z Democratic? Suddenly we are a democracy, I thought before you were all in on being a republic. You never worried about this when Scott Walker was giving away the farm..
Kiernan has a point. I dont live in wisconsin so my opinion doesnt matter but how does this not stop partisan legislature from withholding funding for whatever reason?
Meaningless vote
Referendums are useless. The states Supreme Court can overturn anything they don’t like.
Here in Illinois the referenda are often non binding, so the legislature winds up doing whatever they wanted in the first place anyway, regardless of the outcome of the vote.
@@huverdoose I’m sure you remember when California added gay marriage as a referendum. It was voted down 60/40 which is a huge number when it comes to votes. It was overturned in the courts. I’m not picking a side either way on that issue but “we the people” means nothing anymore. The majority is the government now. I don’t believe the government should have any involvement in marriage. Marriage is and has always been a union of two people in the eye of whatever religion they practice. No government has any right to decide who has the right to what that union can be. Can you marry a tree, a dog, a house? There is no end to where it stops. The only thing the government cares about as far as marriage goes is the money trail when it ends in divorce or death.
Having to wait for legislature approval to spend federal funds could dismantle a quick response in the event of a state emergency. Legislatures can barely agree on anything. Good thing it got voted down.
Hello there, May I share the most important news with you? God the Father sent his Holy Son Jesus (Y'shua) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins.

How ‘democratic’ of Wisconsin to allow federal tax dollars to be allocated by 1 guy half the state didn’t vote for…
The people voted. correct???
It's still more democratic than forcing a leader on our country who never has had majority support and has never received the majority vote.
As opposed to a tiny group of people most of the state didn't vote for?
VERY democratic since THAT is how EVERY election works. However, in THIS case, THIS was a BACKHANDED attempt to neuter the Democrat Governor by tying his hands behind his back and taking away his power and giving it to the LOSING party instead. Think gerrymandering of the Governor's seat where the entire game is RIGGED from the start and the LOSERS get all the power.
Obviously reading is not fundamental in Wisconsin.
At least not since 1990 or so.
Well, the governor was WI school superintendent before becoming governor.🤷🏻♂️
First...............define what the issue is.
I think the real result was the number of voters...the GOP is in trouble come Nov.
RED.
BLUE.
It's amazing that the numbers are basically the same on both questions ... There's something rotten in Denmark !
lol. eVeRyTHinG iS fAkE!!!
The two laws go hand in hand, dumbfuck. "Why did 'No salad for dinner' and 'Pizza for dinner' get almost the same vote totals?!?!?" Gee, I wonder Einstein.
It's almost as if both proposals were very similar or something. 🤦♂️
"Hmmm. I don't really understand these results. Welp, they must not be real."
They were partisan proposals. Nobody was going to split their vote on them. I know it’s hard, but try using common sense before jumping to baseless conspiracy theories.
Voting yes would have added an extra step to limit and check the power of the governor. The legislature should hold the purse strings not the Governor. This was badly worded and poorly executed. No wonder it failed.
Tell that to Texas Republicans and Florida. They seem to disagree on your opinion by different Republicans
Not sure you understand the situation.

so sad to see, no such group should have all the power, there should always be checks and balances.
this outcome is exactly that. The country was founded on the people's direct reps keep executives from running amok with budget
Republicans are a submissive bunch, they want to bow down and kiss the feet of those they view as better than them. They want to be ruled and dominated.
@gendaminoru3195 you don't get that with this loss. both parties need to work together to find the best possible outcome.
