You can use an ai to compile a list of every single person charged with election interference and their political affiliation. The list is an eye opener. The stealing elections issue really is a one sided issue.

Here are cliff notes. Dude took an oil job in addition to his election job. Election season comes, works at his oil job and claims to work at his election job at the same time including at one point working 26 hours in a 24 hour work day between the two jobs. Part of his election job was to deliver paper ballots. They were short meaning he neglected his election job which is against Texas state law. You’re welcome.

the position was kinda like "work from wherever they tell you to" or a "just get it done type of thing?" It's confusing, but his job really wasn't that hard. Had he just made sure to really play his cards carefully and really pay attention, he probably wouldn't be in this situation had he just done that. It's like negligence in a way, especially since it was a government position. Any other industry and he probably would've been able to achieve all of this without any problems, even with the screw up. After all, it's extremely hard to prove that "work from anywhere" employees failed to do their job as best they could given they did do even the minimum. Even turning in crappy work still shows some effort and it's hard to prosecute as the defendant could argue that they were just not as knowledgeable in regard to scope and knowledge surrounding it. I hope that kinda makes sense. I'm speculating here. But that's what I can gather.

This man is going to prison for 10 years minimum. Texas does not play when it comes to the law. He will not be working for election or oil company for a very long time. Not only did he drop the ball with the election he stole 10s of thousands of dollars from falsified time sheets. This person is gonna be in prison for a very long time and all of his assets stripped from him.. I wish Texas would teach California how to deal with crimals being white collar , theft or straight up gangster shootings. Hope this guys enjoys his new home after his hearing. If he runs Texas Rangers will hint him down love them guys. The world may have advanced in so many ways but the old school way are always the best and the Texas Rangers honor the old ways and will not stop until they have there man. Most stay in office because depending where you are from either dem or republican, if that area is strongly leaning to either one or the other the incumbent typically aligns with that side. Anyone that goes against them won’t have the backing of the incumbents party and the other party isn’t likely to win because their policies don’t align with the majority of the citizens in that area. Very unlikely that an incumbent doesn’t win unless they really screw up. We need term limits for those in all of congress.

I wish, really wish, that was true, but with gerrymandering and the electoral college, it is a placebo we're fed by the federal and state governments (for statewide positions) to give us the warm, fuzzy, but false impression that our votes count, regardless which party you vote for. If having every vote count, and counts the same, is what we want to have happen, we would need to eliminate the electoral college so that no one's vote counts differently from someone's in another state. The electoral college assigns a weight to each vote depending on the state. Gerrymandering robs voters of both sides, even in the same district. It's rigged for one party or the other.
