my pigs do the same thing with the rumbles and popcorns! i have three ladies, two crested and one american, they are mom and daughters. They will chase each other, rumble, then popcorn around. It’s almost like play fighting!
My piggies do that too sometimes, and it’s cute!
So sweet. It seems like Stardust set some wheels in motion up in piggie heaven so that her daughter could get the chance to live with you and experience the great care that she did!
Kind of off topic, but I was at Michaels yesterday, and they have a guinea pig Halloween decoration. It's a guinea pig dressed up as a bumble bee. 😄 Super cute.

They are so cute!! Boba reminds me of my piggie named Rainbow (her last name is Stardust lol) and Pumpkin reminds me of one of my other piggies named Maple! Rainbow is really confident, and Maple is still really shy. It’s just so crazy that you found Stardust’s baby! 🌈✨

My friend had a guinea pig named Pumpkin once, and I had Blackberry. They got along so well, it was so cute 🩷. Blackberry and Pumpkin were like two peas in a pod🫛. Then pumpkin got old and eventually passed away. I just thought I might share this because when I heard that her name was pumpkin it just reminded me of her and she was so sweet. I still have Blackberry (he's five now) and I now also have two other pigs living with him. I'm so glad that you found Pumpkin and have her with you now ☺️

This video actually made me cry because I also had a Californian piggie named Amy and she passed away at the end of July and stardust baby reminds me of her so much although Amy was like a mix of brown and red. I miss her sm and I hope she's happy up in heaven 💗

Omg this had me in tears!!! The bond we have with our pets is so special & sacred! Losing Stardust was hard for us all but getting her baby is just amazing! So happy for you! My cat has a sister out there somewhere I always wished I could get her!!!
I had this Guinea pig named Oreo and he sadly passed away but a year later my friend got a Guinea pig that looks exactly like him and sounds like him

😮 my gosh that face and those huge eyes that pumpkin has, wow she is so adorable. She looks like a stuffy toy. And Boba is adorable too. She’s really cute. Love the colors. I was wondering about the cages is it OK to have that kind of squares where they could pop their head through I thought all the cages were supposed to be vertical not in squares. I don’t know I’ve only owned guinea pigs for about two years now. I did have some when I was about 12 years old which was quite some time ago lol. Well, thank you for sharing. i know!! she's too funny. it's possible she carries the gene - she doesn't *look* satin to me but it's hard to tell. the gene is recessive and as far as I know, the father wasn't satin, so it's unlikely she displays the trait. she could have the gene but not display the phenotype - but there's no way for me to know! so just keeping an eye out :)

Dude, what an amazing and exciting event!!! You must be so thrilled! I'm new so I'll have to watch your story on Stardust. I'm sorry for you that they can't be together too, but it's like a peice of her will be with you now! I did see a short with stardust in it (where you try to pet them all..the first video I ever saw!) and she was the one that stood out to me out of all of them. She was a beautiful, soft looking, and sweet looking piggy! I'm going to watch Stardust's story after this. Oh and I can't forget about BoBa! She is ADORABLE too!! And I love the name Pumpkin for stardust's daughter!

There are a lot of retired breeder sows or pet quality pigs from a retiring breeder that are looking to be rehomed. You gave Stardust a good life. ❤️Is Pumpkin a satin? Boba is a good name for a bubbly pig lol.

Yes, yes, no, & yes! Lol! But not for quite some time - I don't think I'm ready to take on a whole new species - especially a herd/social one. Maybeee a hamster but still not soon. :)

So could pumpkin have the same disease as stardust
She could! Also the chances are likely lower. She doesn't look satin to me, but it's hard to tell. And she may carry the recessive gene, or she may not. Just have to keep an eye on her :)
