I only just started a few days ago, but I'm passed day 300 on my company and so far, my biggest Savior has been back row polearms. Now that my bros are getting good I'm starting to find success with more interesting setups (currently trying to build a quatal mace bro), but nothing truly beats a guy with backstabber sitting in the back row lopping off heads like a maniac. I scored a named billhook really early and it's been my best weapon by far, the guy who has it has 90+ melee skill and gets almost 2+ kills every fight and can handily take on any low-mid tier enemy one on one. I love it, polearms were the most popular in history for a reason.
While the Dagger is indeed a very special use case and therefor kinda mid, it is the single most enabling weapon in the whole game. Having 3 or 4 daggers early makes the difference between 100 armor, 200 armor and 300 armor by day 100 and it even stays somewhat relevant in lategame for Orc Warlords and easy Noble Knight kills so I'd actually would have made a SSS-Tier for daggers only as they provide a use cas that no other weapon provides THAT reliably
Sweet mother of God, I just rolled a famed bardiche with 98 minimum damage (max possible roll) and 123 max damage (1 damage below max possible roll) I shit a brick seeing those numbers, and I'm sooooo excited to see the carnage it'll cause >:D it even rolled good on armor effectiveness
I think the Warbrand should be one rank higher. Most flexible sword and a big damage boost in the early AND mid game... I would take this over a Longsword any time. It also stays relevant for fighting a plethora of thrash. The Wooden Stick is very good to have in the backpack when facing Hexens. So it is kind of a specialized weapon even for late game.
Very surprised by your choices. I tend to agree more with FeedingFriendly ranking of weapons. Surprised with all your first place choices in every tier list. However I have not really tried Bardiche that much; after your guide, since you are putting at top I will check it out. Very happy to see your opinion on weapon tier list. Would love to see a updated tier list on the most (non legendary weapon) build (no mods like legends).
I think i said that in the Video the weaopons are in no Particlare Order so the Bardiche is not not Technicly Number one its just a very Strong lategame Weapon like all the 2 Handed Axes and Maces
@@tobsejoto Did not catch that if you said it. In that case your tier list does not say much, which is a shame. I am just trying to figure out the Meta in the latest version since battle brothers is the only game I play. Thanks for the reply and clarification!
Bardiche is awesome and looks super cool. It’s especially good vs ancient undead, where it can hit the back line from the front, it can one shot the weak skeles and it can mess up the legionaries. It’s “Split” (AOE) atk gains +5 to hit if you have sword mastery. In addition, like tobes said, its main attack is super good too. In combination with a longaxe thrower, you’ll never lose to ancients again. Another thing to note; the bardiche’s AOE doesn’t come with a -5 to hit malus like the Great or Long Sword(s) do.
In my opinion Warscythe (I mean AoE hitting 3 oponents) is some kind of special build or even I would treat is as strong. Rather special because probably you would have only one guy like that. I mean high Init backliner with overwellm and fearsom. He would trigger both features at the beginning of the turn for potentially 3 oponnents.

Its a very Reliable Weapon just like swords, they can carry you a far way especially with a weaker Background Company

Its definetly the Best Utility Weapon and it is Op just like Shields, but its not a Greataxe :)

Agree on that i build them when i find a huge bro with good melleattack but bad Defense
How come the game doesn’t explicitly say swords and spears give % to hit chance?
it says if you equip the weapon and you look at the attack button, it has a plus 10 % hitchance
@@tobsejotoohh gotcha thank you. Nice videos
spear is 20% sword is 10%
no ranged weapons?
Missed those ones
Could you do a part 2 with the ranged weps?
