Hi lovely Deborah. I've lost interest in TK MAXX because the one I go to is so cluttered and there are clothes all over the place. I don't have the patience to look through them any more. It's a shame because I used to buy clothes and shoes there but not any more. It's turned so cold suddenly hasn't it!. My electric blanket is always on 3 before I go to bed every night now and the mornings a chilly too. Take care beautiful lady until I see you again 😘 ❤xx

Ooos my bad, jeans and a short sleeve T-shirt, I’m starting to get hot flushes I think so get hot really quickly 🤪❤️😘😘
@Deborahafter50 I started menopause at 45 with really bad hot flushes that just got worse and worse. I still get them occasionally and I finished menopause at 50 and now I'm 66. It sucks. I hope it doesn't get worse for you 😩 xx

I’ve been peri menopausal for the last 1 years, with intermittent menstruation, and only lately started feeling hot 🥵 so it’s been really slow 😘😘 did you take anything for it?

We use silicone straws all the time 😅😊tkmaxx have now great, our were from aldi but don't always have them
I love my new ones, I think I must have been living under a rock, I’ve never seen them before 🤣😜

Ooh 10mins away? Lucky you 😍😍 there was a rumor we were getting one at my local shopping centre but it didn’t eventuate 😢 doesn’t stop me from driving further afield to get to my closest 25mins away 😉 I love the silicone straws, work a treat 😘😘

By the way. Regarding menopause eeeek. I started at 48. Went for 10 years ish. Had a 15 myear break now it’s back with a vengeance . U name it. Hot flushes continually . Itchy skin and lack of sleep . Can only be me surely. Dr said. Yes it’s normal. Eeeek .
Anyway. Embrace life Be classy no matter what .

Thank you Marcia, yep embrace the change, 10 years though???? I’m getting really interrupted sleep which is making me a little scatterbrained last night I took a sleeping pill hoping to get a full uninterrupted night sleep and I still woke up 😭
Anyhoo, good to know it’s normal, my family though are complaining it’s cold in the house and I’m like, what are you talking about it’s fine, while running around in a short sleeve T-shirt 😆😆

Here in WA, we are always behind... I live 45 minutes south of Perth, and they have just opened their first store north of the CBD of Perth....but worth the train ride I think to take a look...here's hoping they open more soon as we have just got Costco too near us too and I think Amazon is about to open a warehouse over here which is why up till now I mostly shop online on eBay...what are your thoughts on Shein?... I have shopped only once on there! Oh, and my silicone straws were from good old coles PS, welcome to menopausal hot flushes... I am 10 years in never being able in Perth to wear a jumper.... I have to wear layers as the flush suddenly surges up from my tummy area and I can't stand being in am overheated environment even in heated shops in winter... Perth summer is bad enough, as like you, I wear a lot of linen... I had to give up foundation in the summer over my Korean sunscreen...so I just had to get used to my skin which looked good anyway plumped up by the Korean products I buy on eBay sweating at my hairline and generally having a rosy red face when I was having a flush...at least the red neck has stopped...a good friend says it's a natural process, so I try to stay calm through the flush knowing it will subside and having breast cancer in the family I take remifemin which is black cohosh from chemist warehouse and I get flushes at night and interrupted sleep.....but being a former RN see your Dr before you start on anything....
Hi Angela, yes! I’m constantly changing outfits, yesterday it was supposed to be cold do I wore a woolen outfit and as I’m doing my make up and hair, I’m perspiring 😅 do I change into something else and then I’m cold, do I changed back into the original clothes, it’s like a you-yo 🤪 and I’ve got 10 years of this to look forward to 🤣🤣
I guess on the flip side, yeah! Bring it on, the alternative is not pleasant 😘😘
I hear you Angela . I live in Perth to, near swan valley . I agree TJMax here is scruffy and messed up. Confusing walking through there. Good luck with the hot flushes. Horrid isn’t it. One minute I’m layering then stripping. Sleep with a fan on and only a sheet. Looking fwd to cooler weather that’s for sure. Take care . Marcia:

@@marciapattison4049 I sleep with a ceiling fan on warp speed all year and a thin comforter in winter and as I live near the beach the door is either open for the sea breeze or the air con is on....my eldest sister said I would feel the cold at 60...well I just turned 60 and still waiting!!! I seem to be the only one in Kmart or Ktarget with a beetroot red face and to make matters worse here in Perth they insist on heating the shops like chemists, so I look ridiculous with bare arms and a sweaty face....but I am grateful to be this age...like Deborah would say I am sure 60 is the new 40!!! I am jealous you went to TJmax… I am down here in Shoalwater but if It's like that maybe I am not missing out on much but come on WA catch up with the rest of Australia...and RIP to the terrible events of yesterday xx
