What a bargain for the Italian linen dress 🤩 Its looks lovely and comfortable. Perfect for Bali. That Gregory Lang hat so Beautiful Deb, very chic 😍😍😍 I want one. 🥰 I still have a beautiful Gregory Lang necklace which I bought for a wedding more than 20 years ago his design are classic. 😊 Do a self tanning spray in the bottle for a bit of colour on your legs that's what i do. LOL 😊 The bedroom deco looks lovely especially the green cushions. You have inspired me to do a revamp of my bedroom, I'm off to my local TK Maxx. Thank You Bella. Take Care ❤

Thanks Deborah, love the dress. I too suffer from brain fog and mood swings, as well as other symptoms. I hope you don’t mind me asking do you suffer from irritability mood swings and how do you manage that please. Also do you know if facial rollers are any good for marionette lines. Or any make up tricks you can share for that area. I don’t like my frown look! Thanks again Enjoy Bali😊

I do experience mood swings and irritability from time to time, and I find that managing stress and self-care helps a lot. As for facial rollers, they can be helpful for overall skin tone and texture, but for marionette lines, specific makeup techniques like using a good primer and concealer can work wonders 😚😚

I hope you don’t mind me asking, are you experiencing any irritability, mood swings, I certainly am! Sad, angry, happy, lack motivation, all over the place. Thanks also for your skincare tips on anti ageing, any tips for my dreaded marionette lines, that look like a frown- (facial roller not sure about that), what are your thoughts. Enjoy Bali.😊

Please watch Drs Heather Hirsch & Mary Claire Hager. Both top gynocoligists & specialists in their fields on menopause. They have so many fabulous vidios on how to manage & deal with menopause.
Like they say What isnt natural is living Without Estrogen, what is natural is keeping the body topped up with it So as to not have all the most commen side effects but to also safe guard youself from heart attack stroke & osteoporosis, so on & so forth.
The terrible stigma that unfortunately is still floating around to this day of the risk of breast cancer is nonsense..please have a look before throwing money into so many ' alternative' solutions like I did..
Nothing but Nothing will come close to giving your body the estrogen that your body is slowly loosing..
