  • Tune in to Jay Leno's Garage Wednesdays at 10P ET on CNBC!
Jay makes the most of things with some serious multitaskers who take versatility to a whole new level! Jay walks Mark Cuban down memory lane in “This Is Your Automotive Life” and discovers when it comes to cars, the billionaire entrepreneur hasn’t made the wisest investments! Then he puts only one degree of separation between Actor and Singer, Kevin Bacon, and one of the most highly anticipated off-road/on-road cars in decades - the all-new Ford Bronco! Hall of Famer Michael Strahan maybe a TV superstar, but can his turbocharged Mercedes EVO II take Jay’s Mercedes 300 series for a ride or will he just get “hosed?” And Jay takes a DeLorean back in time with rock legend Huey Lewis and learns his power of love was originally behind the wheel of a BMW 2002!

Jay I had a 1974 2.0 liter inline four Mercury Capri. After a friend of mine drove it one night he remarked how the dash reminded him of an airplane cockpit. I remember how the rear windows would open with a mechanical hinge. Ford used superglue to attach the glass to the hinge instead of drilling hole through the glass. Jay: "Well, Mark thanks for coming on...see ya later!"
    LOL!
in 1985 I had a 1976 Capri. It was my dads car. He gave it to me as a graduation present. Mine was silver, auto with hand crank sun roof! The first car my brother and I worked on. Good memories. Good times!

I had a 73 Capri and I think every dingle thing broke on it. Emergency brake cable, exhaust manifold, radiator, clutch, alternator...in 2 years of ownership. It was a Pinto with styling. The engine was dying at 70,000 miles and I drove it into a snow plow for the insurance money. By far the worst car I ever owned. For the rare day that it was running...it WAS fun to drive.

Jay called that Capri A nicely restored car when in fact the horn would not even blow.

    • @bucketheadothers2384

You’re right, the horn not working completely ruins the look of the car

@@bucketheadothers2384 Thanks for your input sorry to get your brain fogged. Sometimes the truth makes you be honest. The car looks fine but is not completely restored if the horn don’t blow. I believe you fixed it though. You have enough to make it blow and then you could blow everyone else’s too.
