Sandeep Bhosle had to give up his gaddo (cart) a couple of years ago and move to a tiny stall on Dr Atmaram Borkar road in Panjim. But that hasn’t diminished the popularity of his ros omelet in any manner whatsoever. When the lights in his shop come on, the street food scene here comes alive. Dining off tables and stools arranged on the sidewalk, Sandeep’s clientele is a democratic mix of Goa, from the elite to the daily wage earners, for whom a plate of his xacuti gravy laden egg dish is bliss and the sort that Sandeep says, “guarantees a good night's sleep.” Hope you enjoy this street food episode. Sandeep Ross omelette, was my everyday evening after work for 12 years . Double omelette Ross , half fry Ross and 2 boiled egg with Ross. Combination were outstanding.

While I was living in Panjim I used to go n eat at his place once in a while. It's small place but food was always good. As s outsider rase ommlett isnt go to for me but still I like it . He makes really yummy chicken fried rice too. Best part of sandeep Bhai is he is such a nice person, always humble n smile. If u ever forget ur wallet or cant make digital payment due to server issue. He will be like dont worry re pay it next time. He loves/respect his customers n love what he does . More than anything I like his attitude.

That’s super awesome 👌Totally loved your typical Goan outfit 😎 I have heard about Sandeep’s Ross Omelette and supposed to be super scrumptious😋😋 Whoa they have 15-16 types of Masala that goes into the Xacuti gravy 👍 True that good ingredients make good food and hence loved by Foodies 😀 If we do a simple math just based on the increase in consumption of coconuts by 7 times , that’s how much his sales has increased in a day and God bless 🙏🙏 Mr Sandeep is such a typical modest Goan who loved to make the Ross Omelette himself 👏🏼👏🏼 Wow it’s indeed a “Pot of Gold” ; Butter loaded pan fried Pao and spicy Ross Omelette 😋 Super drooling watching you savour the RO 😋😋 Today for lunch we are gonna have an egg roll 😀 Quite difficult to make the Xacuti gravy but I will try to find the recipe ( possibly next time it would be Rajesh’s Ross Omelette) 😀 What an analogy for ordering the second RO , first one to understand the dish and the second to have a conversation with RO. The “Hmm” , child-like smile and a happy face says everything dear Kripal 😀😀🤗🤗 Somehow I a tad skeptical when it comes to a Liver fry unless cooked properly . Looks like in this case looks you enjoyed it though you didn’t provide a detailed review like the RO . Was the Liver truly up to your expectations? Certain dialects especially in the south of Goa we say 'ross' which is also correct!! after all konkani language has its variation all over our beautiful Goa!

In 13 minutes long video you could have covered atleast one or two more items Kripal sir. Ofcourse this video is fantastic and Sandeep is famous for Ross Omelets only so your focus was that, but if you had shown small portions of fried rice and something else then it would have added to the enjoyment.
