The only difference is: you will have different defensive line and different compactness when you switch your tatic to defensive You will have a better dmf and full backs when you play at defensive but your amf loses some positioning

Player will press according to the manager’s style only, but if your team spirit is low (which will be low as you’re using a player who has different pressing style) then he will not perform according to his stats, in order to make him play better on the pitch you’ll have to increase your team spirit
