@@rubentieken2065 I was in clashganny myself this morning got a few perch and pike. Have not fished down that way in years. I'd say there is some good pike around there I'll probably give it ago in the next few days again
Hi buddy. I normally only stay 5 minutes in one spot if nothing is biting. Normally get hit on the first cast or two. If I'm convinced there is a perch there I might try a few different lures to see what there after. Hope this helps
Hi pal Iam going tomorrow to fish athy. Is the river weedy or its ok to jig soft plastics on the bottom? Or will use hard lures over weed if its weedy? Thanks

I am in county Kerry and its January so is the season for perch and rudd over
No lots if big perch being caught at the moment. There is no season for corse fish, you can fish for them all year round if you want to

This is a very good time of year for them. You can can fish all year for them
