Rinse well and season two 12-16 ouce ribeye. use 2 pinches, salt, 2 pinches, black pepper, 2 pinches, garlic powde.
Sear to medium take out of pan
slice half onion one clove garlic eight ounces mushrooms once sautéed add steaks back 2 beef cubes 1 cup water simmer 15 min covered add 2 slice white American cheese serve when cheese melts liquid thickens ENJOY
