Not quite, I am currently doing consulting outside india, the businesses are adopting ai rapidly, 90% of my customers have 1 question, how to improve ops with ai, non of them ask how do they turn eveyrhing ai. The Analysis done is mind blowing. Most ops staff aren’t required( customer service, admin, filling ops officer ). Ai amplifies the output of each employee by 12x so now instead of hiring 25 they can work with 5( 2 to keep ops alive and 3 to give more benifits of flexibility, leave off etc, to all 5.). When it was implemented: the good employees get a 2x pay raise( those who understand how their work functions and come up with regular ops upgrade) while they also get 2x work flexibitily. Now the 5 who are left have greater job security as they are crucial for the constant upgrade of the ai system and know how “on the ground work” functions. Those staff cut are provided 8 months severance and training assistance to get another job. This example I am quoting is from an import export ( traditional business) and I implemented only because here 99% of gov ops is automated.

AI is doing diagnostics way better than humans, if diagnostic is combined with administration, AI will definitely take medical jobs very fantastically, it's just a matter of coding it.

Doctors and lawyers will surely become more productive and healthcare cost will definitely reduce...but AI won't take doctor's job (except radiography specialist, pathologists ) atleast in countries like India....where people have faith issue when it comes to law , justice and health....

I bet in a decade or so ppl wont be able to distinguish between AI and humans. So now i ask you, who will you choose An AI who talks like humans, will find the most optimal solution to your problems and have hundred of thousands of similar cases. Ok here's a thing few years back...people were making educational video or some other kind of video by just showing his face and explaining the stories...now because of ai now story telling videos are now much popular than those videos who just show his and explain the stories...so we can conclude ai really took the job of those who doesn't able to use the technology

We can use AI even if it hallucinates if the chances of it getting that thing wrong is less than a human. Like an AI tool getting 1 wrong medicines every 10,000 whereas if the humans get 5 wrong out of 10,000. AI is better for that.😊
Do you think a robot/AI can be emotional? It can understand emotions but can never be emotional. Humans need emotions even in professional relationships. Humans have creative & destructive mind. Imaginative skills are with humans. Connecting dots is one more human skill which a robot/AI can’t as imagination is lacking. Humans can be replaced by AI in tasks which are repetitive, recalling massive data, comparing but human brain will rule always.

In India the role of Judges and and lawyers should be given to AI. I DON'T TRUST INDIAN LAWYERS AND JUDGES WHO ARE HELL CORRUPT. THEY CAN NEVER GIVE CORRECT JUDGEMENT AND ARE JUST THERE FOR COLLECTING BRIBES.
