Today its another Dark Magician video but in World Championship style.
This video shows my best duel in the first few day of the event.
Will try and reach Dv Max with this deck with a few changes in the future.

Ah nice I made it to 16 so far with my dark magician deck. Cool adding those fusions in there I might have to try that. Was 1 away from 17 then got double tearlament and sprited to death 😂 I did win eight in a row before that happened

You should make a otk quintet magician deck. I would love to see what kinda build you create I kinda built one it’s really fun on ranked bring him out wipe the field put some equip cards on him to beef him up them boom !!

That blackwing player at the start didn't know what he was doing, he had the perfect and somehow still fucked it up, he was just clicking yes on everything, and there was no need to banish the ash, he didn't need that extra search

i just started playing yugioh and i just bought three vortex of magic structure decks and i am trying to learn. could you recommend any changes to that structure deck that are beginner friendly? i also would like to put morw cards in my extra deck

@@blorgus7712 if you have 2 "Dark Magician" Lvl 7 monsters you Xyz summon him from extra deck then you activate his effect.

Hey you did awesome in those duels! But I had the only thing I can comment on is that... With Circle you should play that before you go into your Branded Fusion play cause then you can banish something on that turn and then again on the next. I kept seeing you do that and I was like darn missed opportunity to banish a card on the same turn... Oh well there is always a next game :)

You've got Sorcerer of dark magic in the thumbnail but it's not even in the deck. Lame
... why do I see Falen of Albaz in a Dark magician deck? That's not something I'd ever associate with Dark magicians. Dark magicians are a classic. Fallen of Albaz (and the entire Despia engine for that matter) is the original fusion cancer from before Tearlaments.
It needs a boost to counter the current metas
Fallen of Albaz and Branded Fusion work decently well with DM because you can get out Searing, or Ice Jade. And then since Fallen is a Dragon type it works well with the DM engine to get out DM Dragon Knight. I personally don’t run it but you can’t deny how effective many of these mini engines can be.
@@WafleEnterprises as good a synergy as it might have, DM already makes up a 40 card deck without staples or another archetype included, so if you want to include these, you'll have to start picking out cards you'd want to replace with them.
Than again, I guess there are no 2 people who run the exact same DM deck, since personal preferences always come into play when building a nostalgic deck, with many years of history behind the archetype. Like how there are a few cards I just don't want to leave out due to how handy they were for me in some very memorable matches years ago, even if most current deck profiles don't even mention them.
I guess it was simply just a card to proc circle more easily, but hey, still Magician of Dark Illusion was a pretty handy card back in the day.
Been using this exact deck and getting shit on. Branded Despia is much better and way more consistent imo
