Modual routers also create an excessive amount of lag with the item transfer particle effects. 2 or more muffler upgrades placed in the router disables it and is 100% necessary when playing on a server.

To control overflow from jar fluid production I recommend either jumbo tank (20 iron and 1000 buckets capacity) or I'm pretty sure connecting item trash can should trash fluid cells. Also blaze powder come from botania transformations. If alchemy catalyst is needed then nether fortresses spawn in nether, you might even try to make tinkers sword/cleaver with 2 levels of luck. I would pick cleaver because beheading is speeds up wither skulls farming process. Slow attack speed can be countered with jetpack (should be possible to craft and to wirelessly power with powah) and getting tier 1 apiary speeds up the pack greatly (witherproof block are crafted with netherite and obsidian but 3x3 compact machine will easly suffocate wither)
Mentioned before: Energy distribution = Pipez. ;-) There is the Honey Congealer, which can produce Honey Blocks from Honey (w/o power), which can then be stored in a Drawer. The Jars will put there product in the first eligible inventory. So they will fill the nearest Dynamo first. This behavior can also lead to get Lava put "into" the Sink, when it is the nearest "tank" and thus basically deleteing the lava. Just FYI.
If the centrifuge is so slow, I'm confused as to why he didn't just have a clicker block of some kind right click the manual centrifuge to automate it... Also, I feel that 5 tick delay for the timers is way too fast and will cause a lot of lag problems down the line. 20 ticks is more than enough, as it does take a minute for the bee hives to even fill.
How are your beehives smoked so you can auto harvest them? I can see the smoke particles but I didn’t see a campfire or anything below the hives with the timers.

Looking forward to apiaries! Just power through the small PP that you're having and you'll be good. Hopefully there is a better way of transferring power than these modular routers. They seem very powerful for items, but pretty bad for sending power.

24:30 the RGBee (and all other bees that pollinate from flowers) can use *any* flowers, not just mystical 😊

Instead of an upper above the comb collection, wouldn't it be better to use a puller module with stack upgrades in that router?

I remember when only a few esoteric packs, like Astroblock, used Simple Storage. Nowadays you see it everywhere. Watch for the lag though.

It should reduce as they transition to apiaries
Its probably all the bees and animals. And don't forget about the other people we have no idea what they are doing.
Maybe it's the electric centrifuges as well. They seem incredibly janky. It wouldn't surprise me if their sloppy code massively increases lag.
It might also be because his redstone repeaters are set to 5 ticks

they can be quite good when fully upgraded no as good as flux networks but powah mod is in this pack and you can do wireless power with that
