While what you have is a different one, you can try lifting the plastic below the steering column and right above the floorboard. If that didn't work, it would be best to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
@@MobilityDirect I have older model and I think my clutch is going out and find it hard to find exact parts. That's why I was wondering if I could switch out the bottom part.

You would need to call the dealer you purchased it from. Or the Manufacturer.
are the motor and transaxles on a pride go go interchangeable?
The motors and transaxles are different across the different go go models.

It was so easy to find after I knew to lift up the floor mat!!
