I have used the 3-wheeled version for over 10 years. Only had to have the electrical brake replaced at around 5 year point. Still going strong.
I have installed 18 ah SLA batteries in oversize case for full day use at theme parks, etc., makes battery pack quite heavy. May convert to Lithium batteries in future. Excellent and honest video !!

When we talk about ground clearance, what is the suggestion when you are driving on sidewalks in an older city? So, might be some divots or sidewalks that aren't very smooth, etc. Is 1.38" enough?

I have a pride scooter when i lived in flordia i had new batteries put in I moved a few places for two years and didn't use the scooter and now the battertes are dead so do i buy new again or can they be charged.

why is the pride endurance with the lithium preparatory. you can't buy the batteries without buying the case. pride has found out how to make it more expensive, you can but it with one battery or two but you can only get it the batteries don't have terminals you can plug into you have 2 sets of wires in with the 2 wires that come are coming out of the case and another one with 4 wires that don't do anything.. it's not hard to figure out why pride did this it's to make money they have gotten greedy I got mine from the VA. it is useless I live about one mile from the store and can't go there because it's up hill. I went one time and when was on my way home the battery died. don't buy an expensive piece of junk that sits in your front room like a piece of art. I cannot get around anymore i live at the bottom of a hill. I am a veteran that lives on a fixed come thank you Pride
You can get batteries to replace the battery inside of it, it's not really proprietary. Keep in mind that you will need security bit to unscrew the box. What you will find inside is a 24 volt lifepo4 battery. All you need to do is get a replacement battery that has the same connector, it uses an XT60 connector.
@@MobilityDirect Thank you for your reply to my comment I got up the nerve to call the VA and they understood my problem and they are getting me the other box with the 16ah batteries its still a shame that pride is charging 730 dollars for them thay should come standard with the scooter so people should not get something that wont go as possible. thank you again
