And night shift can be done just take care of your sleep, use black out curtains for better sleep and you can also use budget smart watch to track your sleep.. a little exercise like 15 20 min jogging or walk. I am i wish you soon get stable with financial situation. TH-cam per influencer bolte hai ye mat karo wo mat karo.. aadha dikhawa hai.. apne ko apna ghar chalana hai and for that sometime we need to go out from our comfort zone.

It is all about choice , say no and company need to accept it. BIG NO from female workers unless it is work from home. Night shift is no problem for short duration but above 1 month it should not be done with gap of atleast 3 months. In the end it is choice don't do it for money it will cost not only you but others around you as well as other employees.

Fuck no, especially when they got you working 3-11 and both 11-7. Not healthy. I don't see family and don't get paid extra for it. It is frustrating when they ask me to work on a day off, they only day I can spend with my family.

I am doing night shifts 5 to 2 am since last 3+ years. Initially the timings were 6:30 to 3:30 i started loosing hair and also had weakness. But now this 5-2 timing i got adjusted i get enough sleep of 7+ hrs no issues now

I have done straight 3 year complete night shift in a company...still after 4 year my Sleep cycle completely distroyed..

I think the 3-11 afternoon shift is still fine. One can go to sleep by 11:30 or 12 am and it's usually sleep time for everyone these days
