Buenos dias. Thank you for an excellent video. We are retired educators planning on visiting southern Spain in the fall to look for our next home. We have rennovated two homes, so it's always interestung to watch how others rennovate. Valencia is a perfect location for us, although we prefer being on the beach. I was hoping to see it's valuation after your refurb. Also, the refurb bathroom cost 9,600€ seems v high...but lm sure you had other quotes. Yes, l understand all new pipework etc. l renovate properties (Costa Blanca Benissa area) l buy at the low end of the housing market, refurb to a high spec, then sell. I wish you well.
