I liked Catherine very much on the early days of SCTV in the 1970's. She always brought her own special edge to any role she inhabited, one that nobody else had, and every sketch she was in she always made a lot better. When the world finally saw her in Home Alone I was gratified to see her finally in a major production because Culkin and Catherine had a flawless dynamic in the few scenes they had.
Lately I have seen O' Hara a time or two on "Schitt's Creek", which is most notable to me by being clever enough to sleaze the spoken word "SCHITT" past American censors unchanged. She continues to make every role a whole lot better just by being in it and that's no "SCHITT".
