  • Taking a look at the TPS on the Superjet, trying to elevate the dead spot in the throttle. The first 15 to 20% of throttle at the lever gives no response from the engine. Big shout to ‪@stuarthatfield6266‬ for the tip! Thanks for watching!

    Great video and attention to detail all way down to that specific T25 Torx bit with the hole in it. I've only ridden my ski a few times and now I'm going to check out my throttle for any lag as well ✌

    Great Vid. One question though....the part where you are adjusting the TPS is filmed in the dark and slightly obscured by your hands. Can you explain exactly what you were doing? Looked like you were turning it clockwise. If that is correct, how big an adjustment...1/8th inch, 1/4 inch?? Thanks again!!

      Appreciate it! Correct we were rotating the tps (black part) clockwise if you’re looking from tht side of the module. Id say its about a 1/8” for us but is definitely vital to do the procedure as we show in the video as every ski is different and to make sure you dont advance to far to the point it revs at any steering position. Thanks for watching! 😎🤘🏼

    If you are looking for massive handling improvements two things WCOT scoop with jet dynamics ride plate.

      Thanks! Love it. Get the best of both world, reliable and playfulness. Know if your going new u are more than likely gonna need to order it and ours took 6months to arrive since these are the only Yamaha ski made and assembled in Japan. All sitdowns are assembled here if ur in USA. Got any questions let me know! Standup is my favorite hobby cuz the learning curve is continuous. Still get better every time I go out even after riding for nearly 10 years. Its got the thrill of a motorcycle minus the higher risk of getting hurt. Thanks for watching 😎🤘🏼

    Hey mate cool vids. I've got a 2023 it's sick.
    are you going to install a bilge pump?
    If so can you do a video on it, there no info where to wire it all in.

      Appreciate it! Havent really thought about the bilge yet. We have them on our 2 stroke standups. If we do install one will definitely make a video on it.

    This is timely. I just installed a throttle lever on Friday and noticed that the lack of response while actually watching the throttle open and close. Instead of doing this I adjusted the cable tension at the lever to get rid of the gap. See any risk with that?

    • @Floatsorrolls1
      @Floatsorrolls1  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yah tht would make it a little less noticeable for sure. We always liked to keep a coin head amount of play with the trigger to allow for variation in tension with the position of the steering.

    What did you spray on the ski at the end of the video?

    • @Floatsorrolls1
      @Floatsorrolls1  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Meguiars last touch detail spray. It smells like pina colada and we dilute 1:1 with water to make 2 gallons. It fairly cheap, safe on ceramic and wax and helps minimize scratching when wipe skis down. I do detailing for a living and use jt for tht as well. 😎🤘🏼thanks for watching here a affiliate link to it!
