What is that handle attachment that you have on the trimmer? I’m 6’4” and my Ego trimmer with landscape blade is hard on the back. Always hunched over.
It's so funny I blow the mulch off the edges before every mow and until this video I'm not sure I've ever seen any of the Tubers do it, or at least film/mention it.
Is your backyard leveled? How are you able to mow it so low and so even looking. I have recently had problems where my passes appear to have a slight difference in cutting height and can't figure out whether its the reel mower or whether my ground is not even enough.
I have never leveled my lawn. I did a lot of prep work to the soil when I went to seed it. Leveling will help with your problem. It could also be due to the turf being more dense in one area and thinner in others. The thin areas will make it easier for the mower to sink in and cut just a bit lower.
Yes. The flex has a floating head that contours the the surface. It also has no need for regular grease maintenance. The HOC is lower though. Max HOC without the high HOC kit is .5 and is 1 inch with the kit.
I’m always impressed by people who reel mow. Modified landscaping to mow easier. 🤘🏼

I went down to hoc of 1” on my Bermuda grass do u think I need to go lower to maintain it there or could I just keep mowing it at 1”
To remove any brown dormant material you should mow once at a lower HOC than your desired HOC. Raise the mower back up and maintain at that setting.

How much throttle do you normally run your Greensmaster at?
Usually 50-70% . I really need to sand cap the lawn.
