I built a warden, ender dragon, elder gardian, and wither farm
This makes a good creeper farm late game that you can make pre-end
I use my enderman farm for when I want XP to fix my mending gear, but I use a farm like this for when I want to load up on gunpowder for TNT and rotten flesh to trade for emeralds.
@@grizzlywhisker Raid farm for emeralds. If that's to complicated, make an iron farm and trade that instead with a discount. For gunpowder make a creeper farm.
@@banannaman5425 I just started a new hardcore world in January and I have not made a raid farm yet although I want to try it. I’ve played Minecraft on and off over the years, but this time coming back to it I had never even encountered raids before. I’m not sure when they were added but they are pretty cool and difficult on hardcore once the guy shows up who summons those little flying vex guys. I just built a drowned farm for tridents and a raid farm is probably going to be my next big project.

Minecraft tutorials are like cooking shows, like "why order out when you can just make this simple recipe instead?" and then give you a recipe requiring 20 ingredients and a fully stocked restaurant kitchen

That's a good point, but it does show how there are passionate people when it comes to farm design and technical minecraft as a whole. The same can be said for cooking. It's not for everyone. Many say minecraft is just some kid's game, but despite that there are people who dedicate so much of their time to pushing the limits of what's possible in minecraft.

And if you don't want or need exp replace the blocks with camp fires at the bottom and you will still get the drops and the mobs won't be stacking in there

I tried this mob farm and when it was done i was so glad i built it, I got from 23 levels to 38 in only 8 minutes and it takes about 20 minutes to build in survival 😄👍
A few 2 block high in funnel shape is easier to make, make a Nether portal inside the funnel (the nether side as big as you can but not high), keep the nether open, this way pigmen can also join the fun - you get gold nugget as

Quick sidenote here, if you wanna save like 3 pieces of wood, the fence gate in the very center is not needed

I always make my simple one first, then move on to the endermen farm. Which has the best efficiency
Its a bad design for any player. An enderman farm is 100 times better for xp, and im sure the mob rates of this farm are also shitty

To everyone that plans to build this, i highly recommend putting chests all around the bottom part, and to cover the corners with full blocks. That way, you'll minimise the risk of creepers seeing you and exploding

he probably has more ticks. a normal player, if im not wrong, has 20 ticks. when having more ticks, your game speeds up.
i built this farm too in my survival world with 8 floors and it works pretty well in terms of materials. in terms of xp its decent

@@thomtom3070 Don't over simplify what it actually is. When you farm in Any video game you take into consideration the method and what you need to perform it. That means you need to factor in the amount of time in survival it would take for you to aquire the material and location to build this farm. So it's not just a "box with water and fence gates" it's hours of gameplay between gathering the materials and building it.

If you made a little, basic statue with the dragon egg in its hand, it would still be a simple build. Nothing about this farm is complex. Simple is the antithesis of complex. It’s mechanics are easy to understand and the building process is straightforward. You could build this thing out of beacons and it’d still be simple albeit expensive.

nah bro, it works in bedrock, but don't put the wool, that's for spiders to spawn but only in Java, I tried it and it worked
Also a pro tip is to make it high off the ground. I think about just over 32 blocks for the farming spot of your spawner. This will maximize spawns because all potential spawn places for mobs are in your spawner only it also means that there are no spawns taking up your mob cap outside of the spawner.
Does this works in bedrock edition
Yes, but spawn rates in Bedrock are overall slower than on Java. So you still have a farm, but not quite as juicy as this one.

Hey theres something called the end and alot of endermen spawn there and uf you go there use 2 stacks of leaves away from the island then make a 9x9 platform in the middle put hoppers then go 3x3 blocks put a roof on the 3rd layer then go up to the roof remove a 3x3 hole then go 2 blocks place carpets on the 2nd block make sure its 2 layers then go up 2 blocks make a 4x4 ring do that 13x then and the 14th layer make a 16x16 block and make a 3x3 hole then go to the midlle build up 2 blocks plave an iron bar then on top place a carpet then a minecart in that minecart there needs to be an endermite then place a carpet on top of the minecart enjoy your xp farm (a whole paragraph)

It's all fun and games until a creeper explodes in the farm's chute and you have to fight the mobs to patch it in a world that you only have survival access to. For best results, make that central chute out of obsidean. That or go make a giant trident farm in a river biome.

Built this in our server and my own world, works really well
"Simple farm" steps:
Get pickaxes, find a cave, mine stone (a lot), get cobblestone, make furnaces, get coal, put a lot of cobblestone in the furnaces to make stone, repeat (with stone to make smooth stone), get wood, make a crafting table, make smooth stone slabs, get more wood, make trapdoors, go back to the cave, progress until you get iron ore, go back to the oven, smelt iron, go back to the crafting table, make a ton of hoppers, find an ocean, build this.
Seems simple to me
For any one playing bedrock make zombiefied piglin farm instead the only thing that needs grinding is 5 stacks of obsidian but you get 30-35 levels of xp in less then 2 minutes with gold to trade for with piglins
find a spawner, randomly place water to a fence so the mob falls down
This was working perfectly for the first three raids. At the end of one wave, a single evoker somehow got stuck on the lower platform stair. I went up to see what I could do, only to get killed by vexes like 30 times in a row 👍. I still got the totems so I say it was worth it but id like to fix that somehow

I made this farm on a server but mine is bit modified instead of 3x3 platforms i did was 4x4 and 5 it was literally on par with enderman farm getting levels from 1-60 in 5 minutes and a full shulker box of bones and gunpowder too but theres a problem sometimes it works sometimes its not up until now i still dont have a solution to it... My conclusion is i had to fly far away so that chunks will be unloaded and go back to reload it that kinda work thoo

If you want just the items so you can afk put soul campfires at the bottom and instead of slabs to protect you at the bottom use trapdoors

I just replaced the trapdoors on the hoppers for slabs to be safe.
