We Honor You

It is my hope that through the bravery and courage of the people in this video that conversation will be created regarding mental health stigma. It is my hope that you will speak up, educate yourself, and share your own unique experiences with those around you. By doing so, we unknowingly break down the barriers and the "us" and "them" toxic way of thinking. Thank you to everyone that was brave enough to share their stories.... we honor you for your bravery, courage, and resilience.
