Have an organisation system, batch content, schedule with Meta or Metricool. But in all honesty it's not sustainable managing that many accounts on your own. I tried hiring more contractors and was working with up to 12 clients a month but decided it wasn't really for me. Now I've scaled back to high ticket clients so I only work with 2-3 at a time and then also sell digital products :)
