In the beginning i believe it was the stinging nettle that had the continuous damage effect, since stings from stinging nettle in real life continue to have a burning or sharp sensation for up to a few hours.
Yeah what I was thinking as well. But I haven't played with all of these mods. Does to much damage in my opinion but it's great running through brush and hurting yourself. I enjoy it regardless!
You can look at the damage tab in the chat to see, but I believe stinging nettle and poison oak and stuff only display as poison but nut from what source.
Nah just being needlessly difficult for no reason. I have another video series on here for Vintage where I am on EP85 I believe. I think it's about 88 hours of vintage story in total. I used a firestarter for ages because I refuse to yeet it simple because I took the time to make it :D.
You could rebuild a settlement in an area with a lot of ruins. It would be something like a medieval village. But it’s just a suggestion, you do you mate. Good luck in this new series tho :D !
Yep, and you could make great stone walls ( or wood at first ) and it could be surrounded by huge fields. But it is your series, I am excited by what you’ll do no matter what ;D.
@@raven67854 Also wherever you find ore pieces on the surface mark it on the map and comeback later with a pickaxe because it means theres ore underneath it

Yes
27:02 Bees in a tree (somewhere above)
Yeah I have been marking them in later episodes. I think I actually got this one but I'll double check!

Love watching fresh vintage story starts!
Yeah it's very good stuff
I mean a Medieval Dwarven combo would be cool as hell. Maybe a Dwarven Hold with a medieval township outside of it.
I did not think of that. I will definitely get started on that.. That is an even better idea than what I had in mind
You could build in the redwood forest and make an Ewok village in the trees
Oh that is also a pretty good idea. Hmmm
You can punch branchy leaves to get sticks
This is true.. But the axe is definitely faster and I was being overly difficult about it for no reason sadly.
@@raven67854 yeah, you got to it a couple of mins after I commented. I thought you were just looking for only sticks on the floor.

@@raven67854 I'll have to check your other series out.
Got a single player and an SMP series going myself. Only been playing about a month and a half
Larch trees means it's going to be very cold up there
So cold but it is all the way up a mountain
You can finally find a stone type other than granite so the building possibilities are endless.
I know and the basalt rock looks a lot nicer than the granite
Nice just found you gave you a sub.
Expanded foods is so cool!
There is a sheld mod that helps with it too :).
Awesome! I am always open to suggestions for more mods to install
Some plants are poisonous until cooked
Interesting well I'll have to take a look. Thanks for letting me know!

The brick building at 49:15 could be your main castle and the small village below could be the rest of your settlement.
Hmm makes me want to travel far south and see if we can't find an even larger ruin. Maybe I will go into that massive hole and see what's in it first.
Oh that could work well!
Yep, and you could make great stone walls ( or wood at first ) and it could be surrounded by huge fields. But it is your series, I am excited by what you’ll do no matter what ;D.
Oh for sure for sure. It is quite tempting that's for sure.
Holy Moly!
Yep!
also as for copper you missed bunch earlier on in the video.
Oh yeah I know. Exploring and stopping to mark every bit takes time. I add to it in a later video. 1st video I really wanted to see the area itself
i say stay in the redwoods, redwoods are cool and rare
I agree I opted to do that!
You NEED to enable detailed map in the settings
Ehh maybe I like the map that I have though
@@raven67854 I mean you dont got to but i think you'll like it if youve never used it
